That British Girl

Things they should tell you before coming to Australia

Hi! I’m Jordana Grace

I’m known as ‘That British Girl’ (because no one knows really knows how to say ‘Jordana’). And because I’m fancy, I shall refer to myself in the third person.

She’s a successful Comedy Content Strategist, writer, speaker, comedian and amateur croissant connoisseur. Spending her days highly caffeinated creating comedic masterpieces for various brands, charities and through her own company ‘That British Girl’. She’s great at what she does and is also incredibly humble about it.

The viral TikTok series ‘Things they should tell you before coming to Australia’ became an international hit with tourists and Aussies alike. The Australian public is embracing her dry British humour with open arms, even though she keeps questioning their ways. As ‘ThatBritishGirl‘ in Australia, she’s living my best life. Whether that’s looking for a husband without a mullet (dramatically decreasing the list of potential Aussie suitors) or searching for that perfect croissant – it’s safe to say she’s making a home down under.

‘That British Girl’ is a small company based in the Sunshine Coast. We acknowledge the traditional Country of the Kabi Kabi and the Jinibara Peoples of the coastal plains and hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast, and recognise that these have always been places of cultural, spiritual, social and economic significance. We wish to pay respect to their Elders – past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the Sunshine Coast community.
